On June 5th, the 27th Shanghai Outstanding Graduation Thesis (Design) Competition for College Students in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, hosted by the Chemistry Education Professional Committee of the Shanghai Chemical and Chemical Engineering Society and organized by Fudan University, successfully concluded. The three undergraduate graduation theses recommended by our institute won first, second, and third prizes respectively.
The college attaches great importance to this competition and, after careful screening, recommends three students, Yue Yue, Lin Chenchen, and Diao Leina, to participate in the Excellent Paper Competition. After the cross blind preliminary evaluation by the competition judges and intense on-site defense competition, three students stood out with detailed data, innovative experimental results, standardized paper writing, and excellent on-site performance, and received high recognition from the judges, winning first, second, and third prizes. In the end, Yue Yue (advisor: Chen Lingyan) from the Pharmaceutical Engineering major won the first prize, Lin Chenchen (advisor: Hao Zongdi) from the Environmental Engineering major won the second prize, and Diao Leina (advisor: Wang Jinguo) from the Chemical Engineering and Technology major won the third prize.
