On May 27, the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering launched a selection activity for outstanding lecturers in the form of a lecture competition. A total of 4 teachers took the initiative to participate in the selection. Wang Jinguo, the vice dean of teaching, presided over the selection. Professor Wang Jincheng, Professor Zhang Wenqi, and Associate Professor Zhao Linjing served as judges for the selection. The new teachers of the college in recent years participated in the selection. The participating teachers spent 25 minutes demonstrating the teaching. The content was substantial, focused, clear, and interactive, fully demonstrating their personal teaching style. The judges rated the participating teachers in terms of teaching content, teaching organization, language teaching style, and teaching characteristics. Through the selection activities, teachers reflect on and improve their teaching methods in time, learn from each other, promote each other, and improve their own teaching levels.
